Shipping & Returns
1. Due to the Canada Post strike, please expect a slight delay with all deliveries. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
2. We're taking some time off to enjoy the Holidays with our family and friends. Therefore, all shipments will be paused on December 21st and will resume on December 26th. Any orders placed during this timeframe will be shipped after December 26th.
All orders over $150 (before taxes) will receive free standard shipping within Canada.
At this time, we only ship within Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Accepted orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days via Canada Post Regular Parcel. Depending on your location, it will take up to 7 days to receive your package. Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to health and safety issues, pipes & waterpipes purchased on our site are non-refundable.
Before you make a purchase, we highly recommend that you complete the necessary research in order to make a well-informed decision. We would be pleased to help you answer any questions that you may have regarding our products. You can send us an email at email@example.com.
All other items can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase, if unused. We will not accept used items. Shipping is at the customer's cost.
In the rare case that your item arrives broken or damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery with 3-4 photos of the damaged product. The product will need to be shipped back to us, so that we are able to fully examine it. If we determine that a replacement is required, we will replace it in a timely manner. We will cover the cost to ship it back to you.
